Cash point
Cash withdrawals are available from the Post Office counter unit 29/30 on upper level.
Disabled Access
Tower Ramparts takes Disabled access very seriously indeed. Whilst the centre does have stairs it also boasts a glass scenic lift to all levels including Level 3. Visit our very own Shopmobility centre in Unit 22a on upper level where scooters etc are provided free of charge during your shopping trip.
Disabled Toilets
A disabled toilet is available on the upper level1 between Hughes Electrical and Ipswich Building Society.
Our friendly staff are always on hand to help in any way.
Photo Kiosk
For all those important passport photos or simply a quick snap of you and your friends, situated outside Martins on level 2
Coin operated telephones
Are provided on the upper level near Thomson store for public use.
Public conveniences
Are provided for both male and female customers near Top Shop on Level 1.
Baby changing facilities
Are available within the disabled toilets situated on Upper mall near Hughes Electrical.
Parking is available
At the street level NCP car park in Peel Street and at the Crown Street car park adjacent to Crown Street swimming pool.
The Bus Station
Is right outside our north entrance off Crown Street. With many buses arriving regularly, including Easy Access, it is very convenient to shop at Tower Ramparts Shopping Centre. A bus timetable is available 20m from our front entrance or one can be downloaded from www.Ipswich Buses.co.uk

With full CCTV coverage of the Centre your safety is given the utmost importance. The Centre is also a member of Ipswich Central the Safer Ipswich Crime prevention Initiative, working in partnership for a safer community.
